WHAT OTHERS SAY

The quantity and dollar amount of change orders for the project were insignificant, proving the quality of the architecture team. MAROTTA/MAIN also showed uncanny support for the school when issues arose from the contractors.
— Jon Boyer, Business Administrator/Board Secretary, York County School of Technology
Having worked with a number of architectural firms over several decades, I can say that their competence in communicating with groups of stakeholders and their abilities to work with municipalities and complicated ordinances is unparalleled. They bring a can do professionalism to their work and give detailed attention to all phases of a project.
— The Rev. John R. Spangler, Executive Assistant to the Seminary President, Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg
We cannot tell you how appreciative we are …. This project was a labor of love that took nearly 8 years, hundreds of hours of planning and collaborating, thousands of hours of labor, and an infinite amount of knowledge, skill, dedication and perseverance to complete. The project was certainly not without its challenges, but fortunately, because of interminable will and never-ending commitment to making sure our students have access to quality, cutting-edge programs to prepare them for a 21st century job market …we celebrate the official opening of our beautiful building.
— Maria Edelberg, Ed.D., Executive Director, Delaware County Intermediate Unit
They provided resources for our leaders that helped us to guide the congregation’s wider membership into understanding and support for the project. They provided creative and competent design work to inspire that support and develop a reliable bidding process. And they provided extremely helpful project management resources for us as we worked with a contractor who had problems delivering the work on time, and then the wider uncertainty of continuing the work during the pandemic year.
— The Rev. Dr. Stephen P. Verkouw, Pastor, Grace Lutheran Church
From a contractor’s standpoint, Connie King and her team at MAROTTA/MAIN Architects have always been an absolute pleasure to work with. From the pre-bid stage throughout the construction stage, the MAROTTA/MAIN team is receptive, understanding, responsive and treats the contractor as a valued team member with the ultimate end goal of a successful project for everyone involved, which is very rare these days.
— Scott Eichelberger, Senior Vice President, eciConstruction
