Dining Hall Renovations
Albright College values its Dining Services program as an essential part or sustaining a healthy body and facilitating the development of an inquisitive, creative intelligent mind. Renovations to the 700 seat Dining Hall located within Albright's Student Center includes the transformation of the back of house food prep to presentation style food prep—expanding food choices and delivery to students, faculty and visitors. New dining options include a rotisserie oven, brick oven, a Mongolian grill for stir-fries, omelets and late-night breakfast options, a vegan/vegetarian station, a salad/nature bar and allergen-free zone to cater to those with specific dietary needs. While the College needed to include flexibility for large banquet seating, the space also provides alternative seating options for students who prefer a more private setting. Booth, banquet and counter seating include power and technology nodes to support team and individual study spaces. Large format video screens allow for presentations and movie nights.
