East Vincent Elementary School
The new East Vincent Elementary School was built for Owen J. Roberts School District. The new building has approximately 30 classrooms for K-6 students, a media center, and an innovation classroom. Along with classrooms, the design includes areas for large group instruction and the sciences. The three wing design allows for interactive learning and socialization for groups and individual students. An entry for before and after school care was thoughtfully incorporated in order to provide a secure entry for community activities. For visitors during school hours, there is a secure entry adjacent to the main office. The new building was designed using energy and environmental standards.
