Lancaster Stockyard Offices
This new office facility for Cargas, a software company, utilized green principles. The 11,500 square foot building was constructed on a former Brownfield site, now an industrial park. The building was designed for vertical expansion, decreasing future construction disturbances and keeping the building’s footprint the same. Trombe walls, bike rack, showering area, solar panels and recycled building materials were incorporated into the design.
